We also have strong relationships with outstanding production and traditional distribution partners, and we have a fully operational DTC e-commerce platform.
Our outsourced production allows us to focus on building the brand while deploying relatively little capital to date. Capital raised in this offering will be used predominantly for sales and marketing to support our expansion plans in a lane that is on trend.
